For many in Tampa Bay, this is a reality. Whether due to financial or family circumstances, they don't get to blow out candles on a cake, open a present, or celebrate with friends. Tampa Bay Party Project believes that every child should experience the joy of celebrating their birthday, making lifelong memories, and feeling loved and valued regardless of family situation or financial ability.
